Responsibilities
Main Job Tasks Include:
- Maintain and monitor product inventory levels
- Source and research best product at the best price
- Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
- Coordinate and communicate purchasing requirements
- Coordinate routine inventory counts
- Prepare requisition orders as required
- Verify all receipts and packing slips
Qualifications
-2+ years in a Purchasing or Junior Buyer position
-Exposure to the Building, Manufacturing or Construction industries
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Computer savvy in MS Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills
