    Position: Purchasing Coordinator
    Location : La Prairie

    Telecommuting: Face-to-face position

    Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 depending on experience

    We are currently working with a company in La Prairie in the construction materials field to find the next purchasing coordinator who will ensure the success of the administrative team!

    Responsibilities
    As a Purchasing Coordinator in La Prairie, your duties will primarily consist of:

    - Control merchandise in inventory and supply production resources;
    - Ensure inventory management;
    - Enter invoices in the Acomba system;
    - Supervise the inventory of stocks and control the variances;
    - Place orders with suppliers;
    - Prepare purchase orders;
    - Work closely with suppliers and customs brokers;
    - All other related tasks.

    Qualifications
    To apply, you must:

    - Have a minimum of one to three years of experience in purchasing coordination in a manufacturing environment ;
    - Have a minimum of an advanced level of English;
    - Be willing to work with work boots from time to time;
    - Be comfortable with Excel and computers in general;
    - Be autonomous, proactive and like to do a good job;
    - Have a desire to learn and follow the requirements in place.
