We have an amazing client in Mississauga, on Airport Road and American Drive that is hiring for a Purchase Order Processor to start immediately, and sit with the Merchandise Operations Team. This position requires great data entry skills (fast typist and Excel expert).


    Job Title: PO Processor
    - Hybrid working model, 2 days in the office - 3 days remote/ work from home
    - Must be comfortable working in an office setting within a warehouse type of environment
    - 90% Data Entry and 10% Production
    - Must pass Data Entry test and Excel test (online test will be given upon application)
    - Must have at least 1 year work experience in corporate/office type positions
    - Excellent Communication Skills; written and verbal
    - Great Organizational Skills and has attention to detail

    Pay rate:
    $20.50 - $21.50/hr
    Biweekly pay by direct deposit

    SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
    Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

    Responsibilities
    - Working 2 days/week in the head office - Accurately enter purchase orders and make modifications when necessary while adhering to strict deadlines - excellent attention to detail, organization skills and time management skills.
    - Working with Merchandise Assistants to solve problems regarding purchase orders not on file and pre-ticket purchase orders.
    - Tracking and reporting to Supervisor number of purchase orders and lines entered weekly.
    - Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely release of tickets to the correct production areas.
    - Other Duties as assigned


    Qualifications
    - Education: OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent
    - 1+ year experience in an administrative or clerical roles
    - A minimum of 6 months of professional data entry experience
    - Effective communication skills with internal partners including written (reports, memos, etc.); and verbal
    - Organizational skills including attention to accuracy and detail
    - Time management skills including the ability to prioritize
    - Requires sense of urgency to be able meet sensitive timelines
    - Basic math (ie counting, addition, multiplication)
    - Computer skills including Word, Excel, email.
