      We are looking for a creative and energetic candidate to join the Business Intelligence Team in areas of data analysis and reporting.  The candidate will architectdata models that provides ongoing analytical support; performance reporting and contribute in data models that drives artificial intelligence and machine learning project of our customer service business unit.We serve the top customers in the public and private sector. Our customers benefit by having simple yet powerful business solutions created that answers their real business issues to help increase efficiency and add to their competitive advantage. Responsibilities for this role will include: Extract data and manipulate data to be used in presentable reports and analytical tools Ensure accuracy & integrity of data & applications through analysis, coding, writing clear documentation & problem resolution Analyze & translate functional specifications & change requests into technical specifications. Shape stories using data and analytics Develop, test & implement program logic. Translate business needs into end user applications.Critical Qualification: ETL Tools and Processes (especially SAS Data Integration Studio) Understanding of multi-tier data warehouse lifecycle Must be proficient in MS PowerPoint and have advanced skills in MS Excel Experience using SQL Exceptional writing and communication skills Highly analytical and curious Demonstrated problem solving skills Ability to influence internal and external teams Confident and demonstrate strong leadership Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment with high tolerance to change management Comfortable in working in a virtual environment (i.e. conference calls) Results oriented Self motivated, autonomous Preferred Qualification / Competencies: Experience creating performance dashboards and scorecard using business intelligencedashboard (i.e. Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau or MS Excel) Drive for continuous process improvement Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)Advantages___________________________________________________________________________Responsibilities___________________________________________________________________________Qualifications___________________________________________________________________________Summary___________________________________________________________________________Randstad Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce reflective of the diversity of Canada.
