• Sound Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience leading & driving Automation & performance testing.
• Experience implementing & policing test case management tool processes for multiple styles of
testing / projects.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in Retail an asset.
• Good knowledge of testing Strategies.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Strong Resource Management skills.
• Capability in defining risk contingencies and plans.
• Ability to Manage and call out risks.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and/or applicable experience in the information technology field.
• 7+ years of experience in information technology. 3+ years of experience in retail technologies
is highly valued
• 3+ years of experience as a QA lead is highly valued.
• Background in agile methodologies is highly valued.
• Experience managing multiple projects and multiple resources is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism in
working collaboratively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
