Qualifications
In-depth understanding and working knowledge of the entire Software Testing processes
10+ years of experience in manual and automated testing and testing methodologies
Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in defining and establishing common QA processes and tools to be leveraged across multiple teams
Demonstrated experience in writing test scripts, test cases and test scenarios, testing web and analytics applications, and reporting defects
Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
Demonstrated experience leading a quality assurance team in support of multiple applications with separate, high volume release cycles
Demonstrated experience mentoring and managing junior staff
Demonstrated experience liaising with project teams, application operations teams and business clients in a matrix environment
Demonstrated experience providing training and creating training materials
Demonstrated experience coordinating separate and distinct testing cycles for multiple applications concurrently, inclusive of resource allocation planning
Technical Skills - 40%
Strong technical skills and experience in SQL, Databases, XML
Demonstrated experience in reviewing specifications for development of reports and other enhancements to systems that use Crystal Reports,
