We are pleased to offer you this new and exciting contract requirement with our client for the position of:

QA Test Lead

-Start: ASAP
-Estimated length: 6+ months
-Location: Halifax NS or Moncton NB

-You are a QA Test Lead available to work in Halifax NS or Moncton NB with the following:
-A University Degree / Community College Diploma (2-year program)
-Progressive experience in testing and quality assurance in applications development and maintenance which includes:
-Create or request any necessary project repositories, including ALM and JIRA
-Identify resourcing needs for System Test
-Create System Test Plan
-Participate in requirements gathering and reviews, obtaining clarification of requirements where necessary
-Obtain and compile estimates for all planned testing activities
-Participate in project scheduling and report on deviations from schedule
-Facilitate test scenario review sessions
-Report on test design status and test readiness
-Coordinate, prioritize, and assign daily tasks for the test team
-Supervise, mentor, guide, review, and evaluate the work of less experienced test resources
-Manage the processes for defect triage and resolution
-Identify and escalate project risks and issues
-Summarize and report on the progress and status of the test effort on a daily / weekly basis

-Bilingual - French

-Background check is required
