Responsibilities
-Supervising the entire Quality Management System (QMS)
-Facilitating productive teamwork, providing guidance, establishing objectives, managing performance, and conducting performance assessments
-Conducting internal evaluations
-Assessing and conducting audits for vendor performance
-Supervising laboratory testing activities
-Managing the upkeep of internal validation processes
-Offering direction to the production team

Qualifications

-Leadership background with oversight of compact teams
-Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suite
-Exhibiting influence and persuasion skills
-Track record in driving continuous enhancement projects
-Background in manufacturing and quality assurance
