Duties and Responsibilities:

 Aiding in the planning and analysis of products and processes to eliminate future quality problems.

 Lead the customer complaint process and QE Team.

 Must be able to interact with customers in terms of customer problem resolution.

 Interface with internal and external customers.

 Develop standards/procedures to reduce the customer returns to achieve customer satisfaction.

 Oversees the lab and inspection activities regarding product disposition.

 Must be able to conduct project specific work, such as coordinating complex RC analyses and CA
validations, including final report and communication with the customer.

 Act as a liaison in planning, communicating and resolving quality issues.

 Will coordinate statistical quality reporting from all departments and continue the work on standardization of
reporting within our quality system.

 Set department KPIs to achieve company needs.

 Assist in manufacturing and engineering in identifying and eliminating root cause failures.

 Prepare procedures and correspondence related to the corporate quality function.

 Provide effective interdepartmental communication.

 Performs special assignments are required.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

 Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.

 Muse be able to use quality improvement tools normally associated with improvement efforts.

 Must be able to manage multiple priorities.

 Proficient communication and problem solving skills are essential.

Education and Experience:

 Must have experience in the printed circuit board industry - five years or more preferred.

 Must be thoroughly familiar with IPC and ISO standards.

 Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to quality, Master’s Degree is preferred.

 ASQ Quality Engineer/Manager Preferred.

 Six Sigma Black Belt or higher is a plus.
