We currently have a splendid opportunity in quality management in the automation and manufacturing control industry. With strong growth and the opening of a new position here in Dorval, you will have to take charge and set up a department that does not yet exist locally.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop the best management and quality control methods for the company
- Ensure good quality management with the different members of the team.
- Attend interdepartmental meetings
- Ensure daily quality management
- Process improvement
- Organize employee training on this subject
- Keep documentation up to date
- Ensure compliance with instructions
- Prepare monthly and annual internal and external audits
Qualifications
Do you hold the following qualifications?
- A college and/or university education related to electricity, automation and control
- At least 3 years of experience in quality supervision in a related field
- Experience in personnel management
- Good knowledge of automation
- Good computer skills (Office Suite)
- Leadership, good judgment, dynamism, resourcefulness, autonomy
- Bilingualism (French and English) Written and Spoken
