Part of the Quotes / Proposal team, the Quotes-Proposal is responsible for developing quotations for parts, repairs and services.
The person reviews, analyzes, and interprets and create proposal technical requirements and objectives.

The Quotes-Proposal will also handle a variety of tasks from time to time, such as reporting, contract review, and customer consultation.
Be willing to learn and apply knowledge of Salesforce and SAP on quoting parts, repairs and services.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
• Study and analyze customer requirements and needs;
• Interact with Engineering and Production Departments;
• Assist Sales Department in explaining quotation to customer;
• Interact with production Manager throughout project execution;
• Prepare any potential contract scope changes and related pricing;
• Prepare documents and tools to track project during it’s execution;
• Perform any other related tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor.
• Carry out calculation and estimate hours and costs pertaining to job execution;
• Prepare multiple quotations simultaneously, accurately, and on time for customers;
• Strive for continuous improvement to surpass the expectations of the customers and of the team;
Qualifications
• Communicate effectively;
• Anglophone with functional French or bilingual (spoken and written)
• Experience working with SAP and Sales force
• Capacity too solve problems
• Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail;
• Knowledge of prioritize the customers;
• Demonstrate a sense of planning, organization and prioritising
• Ability to develop good relationship with team members and clients;
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role in manufacturing industry;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, mechanical design or commercial representation (an asset but not required)
• Relevant experience in the following areas : estimate analysis, technical project management, technical drawing reading;
