    We're searching for a motivated B2B Outside Sales Rep who's ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career.

    As a part of our sales team, you'll interface with both prospects and clients for our Industrial Staffing division. To be successful, you'll need to be results-driven and able to deftly balance competing demands.

    Responsibilities
    A day in the life of a Randstad B2B Outside Sales Rep...

    From the very start, you’ll need to create your qualified book of business through utilizing existing relationships, prospecting new businesses, driving the territory and knocking on doors, etc! You’ll need to have drive, tenacity and grit in this role! Prospecting businesses, building relationships, negotiating, and signing agreements is what this role is all about! Once signed, our recruitment team takes care of the rest to fill the orders and maintain client relations.

    One of the great things about working at Randstad is that no two days are exactly the same. Throughout your day, you'll tackle varied tasks dependent on what clients need that day. You will:

    - Build and reinforce client relationships through asking discovery questions
    - Prospect and meet with potential clients to assess business potential
    - Learn about clients' needs and ensure they're met through our solutions
    - Hone your people skills and industry expertise


    Qualifications
    Here's what we look for in more detail:

    - Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, science, arts or a related field is an asset
    - Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
    - 3 years plus experience in a sales-driven role (highly preferred but not mandatory)
    - Great English communication, both verbally and in writing
    - People-person with interpersonal skills
    - Metrics-driven and enjoy the pressures of meeting quotas and driving results
    - Naturally driven and thrive with autonomy
    - Organized and sound time management
    - Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    - Feel comfortable providing ongoing advice and recommendations based on market trends
