Randstad has a great opportunity for you! A distribution center in the Niagara on the Lake area is looking for Reach Forklift Operators to help with their day-to-day operations. We are looking for reliable, punctual, and hard-working people with reliable transportation for these warehouse roles. This is only a temporary role, whoever if demonstrates great performance, attendance and punctuality the opportunity can grow! The operator position is responsible for the storing and distributing of materials,parts, supplies and equipment.

Role: Reach Forklift Operator
Shift: Straight day shift (10:30 am to 7 pm)
Pay rate: $17.50 an hour

Responsibilities
- Operating Raymond Reach Trucks for material handling support
- Shipping /Receiving from incoming trucks
- Move loads and unloads products within the warehouse from reserve storage to the distribution side (forklift or manual pallet jack or by foot and cart)
- Ensuring inbounding and outrounding product meets the proper quality standards
- Order processing in computer systems
- Utilize RF Scanner for inventory management
- Rotates inventory as necessary to ensure most recent expiration dates are picked first
- Breaks products down from pallets
Qualifications
- 1 + years of experience operating reach trucks
- Warehouse or distribution center experience is an asset
- RF scanner experience required
- Detail oriented
