Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Monitor existing and proposed capital improvements and major expenditures
- Assist with the analysis and implementation of mortgage financing
- Assist with corporate reporting and budgeting
- Assist with real estate portfolio planning
- Working closely with the Property Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Working towards a professional Accounting designation
- Previous full-cycle accounting/financial analysis/asset management experience required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Able to problem solve and work well independently under minimal supervision
- Quick learner with previous exposure to property management/development preferred
- Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills
