Receivable and collection specialist

Responsibilities
-Providing customer service regarding collection issues, processing customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
-Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
-Enlist the efforts of the Credit department and/or sales to accelerate the collection process.
-Re-issue invoices and credit statements to customers
-Month-end reporting for management
-Prepare monthly commissions for brokers



Qualifications
-Bilingual (English 10/10 and French 7/10)
-3-5 + years of experience with accounts receivables or collection
-Good communication skills
-Knowledge of ERP system (asset)
-Adapting and responding to changing conditions, priorities, technologies and
requirements
