Responsibilities
There are two components of the role.
Inventory Control AND Receiver (reach truck license)
Inventory Control:
•Assist in product and inventory control investigations
•Assist in organizing the raw material inventory warehouse, performing stock rotations etc.
•Assist in identifying and quarantine defective and/or expired material
Receiver:
•Receive/inspect incoming finished and raw materials
•Collect all relevant shipping/receiving documents from delivery company and/or supplier
•Count and verifying received material are accurate to packing slips and PO’s
•Tag, scan & store received finished goods and raw materials in designated storage area
•Enter relevant data into the inventory control system for received goods
Qualifications
•Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
•Experience: 2+ Years of previous manufacturing/warehouse inventory control experience, TDG Certification, Chemical Handling Experience, Counterbalance and Reach Truck Certified, ERP systems and RF scanners
•Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Good Math Skills, attention to detail
