We are currently seeking a top Front Desk Administrator for our client within the property industry here in Victoria, BC.

This is a social position with substantial multi-tasking, that involves answering the phones and assisting with walk-in clients, as well as assisting the team with a broad scope of functions and projects. This team member is someone who is professional, hardworking and willing to take the initiative to learn and grow within the company.

Opportunity: Full time, permanent position
Location: Victoria BC
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Start: As soon as possible


Front Desk
• Welcoming staff and greeting visitors
• Managing a multi-line phone system
• Updating social media
• Document management and typing correspondence
• Ensuring reception, meeting rooms and common areas are clean and tidy, and supplies updated

Administrative Support Duties
• Responding to inquiries
• Organizing events
• Drafting offers and agreements
• Assisting with onboarding of new staff
• Providing land titles upon request
• Entering and uploading listings
• Sending professional communications
• Booking meetings and travel
• Logging expenses and deposits
• Assisting with office equipment and orders

You have:
• At least 2 years' relevant administrative experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment
• Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
• A positive attitude and self-motivation
