Are you currently interested in pursuing a position in Reception and Administration? Are you looking to join a professional team environment? Then we would love to chat with you. We are currently partnering with an organization in Milton on a long term contract Reception role. This position’ length will range between 12-18 months. If you are selected for this opportunity then you will be responsible for managing the reception desk as well as handling some marketing for the organization and general administrative duties.
This role is located in central Milton and is Monday to Friday 8-5 PM- with shorter hours on Fridays.


- Answer all incoming calls. Calls can range between 25-75 per day.
- Handle the administrative functions within the front office.
- Follow-up with missing invoices- calling customers and coordinating with the Accounting Team
- Social media marketing on Twitter and Instagram as well as creating a monthly Newsletter for clients and internal employees
- Filling documents accurately and following the current labelling system
- Working with other departments and assisting with administrative work as required
- Booking conference rooms and managing their appearance on a daily basis.

- Working on a long term contract assignment. The length of the assignment can range between 12-18 months.
- Monday – Friday full-time hours
- Shorter Friday working hours!
- Hourly rate of $20

- Willingness to complete after-hours Health and Safety training in order to achieve required certificates.
- Photoshop and Microsoft 365 are both strong assets in this role.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Some experience in marketing would be an asset in this role
