job description

Our client in Burnaby is looking for a fulltime receptionist.
In this role you will be responsible for:

** Answers the switchboard, responds to enquiries and redirects calls.
** Welcoming guests
** Assists with shipping/receiving of drawings, proposals, etc
** Reviewing and re-typing letters
** Working with couriers
** Schedules daily site inspections.

Qualifications
- 1 year+ reception experience
