Position: Receptionist
Employment Type: Contract (3 to 4 weeks)
Wage: $22 - $23/ hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Brampton

Responsibilities
- Provides reception coverage and greets all visitors
- Retrieve and sort incoming mail
- Arrange for courier pick-ups for outgoing material
- Arrange catering for meetings and training sessions
- Ensure immediate clean up after meetings
- Check boardrooms and meeting rooms weekly to ensure they are clean and have a supply of water
- Ensure kitchen/coffee rooms are clean and always organized
- Coordinate bookings for all meeting rooms
- Ensure that the stock room is appropriately maintained at all times
- Engage in such other related duties as are assigned and necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years related experience in reception or office administration
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual
