The associate will be part of a team responsible for supporting administrative tasks in the office. Duties can vary widely, from answering the phones to organizing files, assisting to submit critical documents, keeping the office organized, directing phone calls appropriately, or assisting to complete basic bookkeeping tasks. The candidate will also help with administrative tasks pertaining to the company's executive team and act as backup to the Executive Assistant when required.

Responsibilities
Respond to administrative telephone and email inquiries from co-owners, staff and suppliers on a daily basis;
Maintain organized filing methods
Separate and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail
Keep track of inventory
Prepare presentation materials or documents as required by management
Act as backup for receptionist or Administrative Assistant if needed
Manage the company budget within the office (supplies, expenses, etc.
Qualifications
Bilingualism required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to assist with other departments as needed
DEC in business administration or a related field considered an asset;
Customer service experience considered an asset.
Excellent data processing skills
Knowledge of software used by the company
