Our client, a major player in the commercial leasing industry in the Montreal Metro, is looking to hire a receptionist - clerk for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- Permanent position ;
- 8:30am to 5pm (fixed hours);;
- 3 weeks of vacations;
- Work-Family balance;
- Insurance (after 3 months);

- Stable and human team (SME style);
- Salary range between 45k$/year and 50k$/year (depending on experience);
Responsibilities
- Answer phone and email;
- Customer service as needed (greeting visitors);
- Mail and package management;
- Managing meeting rooms as needed;
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
- Archiving and filing;
- Accounts receivable and expense accounts;
- Performs all other related duties;
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years experience as a receptionist and/or in customer service;
- Organized and efficient person, working with attention to detail;
- Tactful, diplomatic and good communication skills communication skills;
- Self-starter;
- Good presentation;
- Fluent in English and French (bilingual);
- Proficient in the Office Suite;
