Do you have experience with reception? Are you Bilingual? Do you want to work in the heart of downtown, Toronto? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client in downtown Toronto is hiring a new face to join them on their front desk as a permanent receptionist. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, friendly, with a can-do attitude!

The working hours are 9:00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, and you will be earning $40K Annually.

What YOU will be doing as a receptionist:

•Meet and Greet all Clients, Visitors, and Candidates
•Order all stationary / Office and Kitchen Supplies
•Ensure the office is neat and in good repair.
•Ensure all equipment is working properly.
•Handle courier and mail deliveries efficiently and track as required.
•Provide administrative support when needed.
•Event management
•Book and schedule boardroom meetings for consultants to hold meetings in
•Sort and distribute all mail accordingly
•Photocopy, file, fax, and any other Ad Hoc duties as requested

Qualifications
