Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as a receptionist:
•Meet and Greet all Clients, Visitors, and Candidates
•Order all stationary / Office and Kitchen Supplies
•Ensure the office is neat and in good repair.
•Ensure all equipment is working properly.
•Handle courier and mail deliveries efficiently and track them as required.
•Provide administrative support when needed.
•Book and schedule boardroom meetings for consultants to hold meetings in
•Sort and distribute all mail accordingly
•Photocopy, file, fax, and any other Ad Hoc duties as requested
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the table:
•Excellent MS Office skills
•Recent reception experience
•French and English Communication skills, including written, oral, and reading.
