    - Reception
    - Phone management
    - Office supply (inventory management, ordering, etc.)

    - Cheques (copy, prepare in slip)
    - Mail management (opening, distribution, Puralotor, Fédex)
    - Sends invoicing by mail
    - Any other related tasks

    Qualifications
    • Experience in customer service or administrative support.
    • Bilingualism in French and English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
    • Ability to multitask.
