Our client in Dorval in the food industry is currently looking for a RECEPTIONIST for a permanent position.

As a receptionist, your main responsibilities are but will not be limited to:

What are the main responsibilities of this position?
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the right department
- Receive visitors and customers
- Help departments with administrative tasks
- Send some weekly reports
- Classification of contracts / invoices to customer files
- Enter / create / close repair orders in the system
- All other related tasks
- Reception of visitors
- Sort and reply to emails
- Answer the phone and transfer to the corresponding person
- Command entry in the Sage system
- Data Entry / Invoicing
- Internal and external mail management
- Enter the deposits and deposit them at the bank
- Conference room management
- Keep a list of employees up to date
- Manage office supplies
- Support to all departments for admin tasks

The offered salary is $16-17/hr from Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

- Bilingual
- Good software skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
