Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Receptionist for a 4 month contract (with potential for extension and conversion into a permanent) in Edmonton! Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills, and have previous experience with computer applications such as MS Office Suite? Are you good at multitasking and have the ability to work independently and manage your time well? If so, this is a great opportunity for you!

Pay Rate: $16.50/ hour
Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00 pm

As a Receptionist your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Provides information and answers the phone or console switchboard.
- Receiving and sending packages via couriers.
- Maintaining visitor log and/or call record, and providing security passes/badges
- Maintaining boardroom schedules and equipment.
- Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE
0-2 years experience required.
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and have strong time management skills.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
