Looking to develop your professional experience as a Receptionist? We're looking for personable individuals with previous experience as a receptionist to join our client in the Insurance industry in their downtown Toronto location.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
*Answering multi-line phone system/Switchboard
*Greeting visitors and clients, and directing them to appropriate offices/individuals
*Making appointments
*Providing callers with company information
*Using MS Excel and Outlook, and internal system
*Document management and sorting/processing mail
*Other administrative duties as needed

$16/hour
Monday to Friday

Qualifications
Do you have the required skills for the administrative assistant position in Toronto?

Previous administrative experience (minimum 1 year' corporate experience)
Great customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Strong PC skills
