Responsibilities
What your day will look like as a Receptionist - Office Coordinator in the wealth management industry in downtown Montreal:
- Greeting visitors
- Coordinate with various suppliers (caterer, IT support, landlord, etc.)
- Perform various administrative tasks for senior management and various departments
- Manage incoming calls and route calls
- Manage conference room reservations and keep common areas clean
- Update inventories and order administrative supplies
- Ensure that office equipment is maintained
- Liaise with the archiving department
- Open, sort and forward incoming mail and packages
- Coordinate mailings
- Support in the organization of internal and external events
- When required, ensure the organization and service of all internal meals
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this Receptionist - Office Coordinator position in the wealth management field in downtown Montreal?
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
- Relevant experience in a similar field
- Interpersonal skills, professionalism, ability to manage several files at once and good management of priorities
- Autonomy, versatility and resourcefulness
- Advanced computer skills (Office Suite - Outlook)
