Do you have previous reception experience and have strong MS office skills? Do you have previous 2 years customer service experiences? If so we have the role for you!

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to support our client in Downtown Toronto for a 1-month contract!

Pay: $16.47/hour

Hours:8:15 am to 4;45 pm M to F only

As a Receptionist your main job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers, answer phones or direct calls
- Book meeting room, tidying up the boardroom
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications
Must Haves:
-Reception experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Polished and presentable as they will be meeting face to face with clients

-Customer Service Skills:2 years
-Microsoft Outlook: 2 years
-Telephone Customer Service: 2 years
