Do you have previous reception and customer service experience? Do you have a strong attention to detail and have a professional personality? If so we have the role for you!

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to support our client in Downtown Toronto for a 5-month contract with potential for extension!

Pay: $17.00/hour

Hours: Manager would like candidate to have 7:30 am- 4:00 pm availability. Manager would like the contractor to have flexibility in case they need to stay extra hours (until 6)

As a Receptionist your main job duties include but are not limited to:
- Dining set up (coffee setup, water, juice)
- External clients coming in – would be responsible for setting up
- Check in with other receptionists, look at the calender, look at what set up needs to be completed
- Goes around twice a day to restock kitchen (coffee machines)
- Order supplies (restocking supplies)
- Start/empty dishwashers
- Assist other receptionist

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Outlook knowledge
- Professional
- Attention to detail
- Receptionist experience (at least 2 years) or relevant dining/setting up conference rooms experience
- Telephone etiquette

NICE TO HAVE:
- Catering experience
