    - 18$ to 20$ / hr depending on experience
    - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 1 hour lunch

    Responsibilities
    -Answer incoming telephone calls
    · -Transfer telephone calls to appropriate staff member
    · -Handles incoming and outgoing deliveries
    · -Assist visitors and ensure they sign-in iPad
    · -Assist visitors in dressing for the production/plant tour
    · -Book appointments
    · -Photocopies
    · -Schedule Fed Ex/ Purolator/ WIE shipments
    · -Filing
    · -Generate monthly Visitor's Sign-In report for Samia (Visitor's Log)

    Qualifications
    - One to three (1-3) years of customer service experience or reception
    - Bilingual (French and English)
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    - Ability to work individually as well as in a team
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills
    - Professional and polite
    - Customer-oriented
    - Attention to detail
