Our client, Top 4 Accounting industry is looking for a Receptionist to work a 6-month contract at their Concord office. The successful candidate will be paid at $19/hr per hour.


•Responsible for greeting visitors to the office and logging into visitor database, providing directions and
issuing visitor passcards as required.
•Answering incoming telephone calls
Business Centre/File Room:
•Couriers; Distribution of internal & inter-office mail; Photocopying; Printing requests and
•Scanning Documents
•Ordering Supplies; Registering mail and Regular mail
•Pick up and delivery of files and boxes to staff members.
•Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs;
Records Management;
•Register new files
•Print and affix appropriate labels to new folders
•Retrieve and sign out files; Order files through off-site vendor; Sign in returned files and place in the correct location
•Box semi-active client records and arranges for transfer to off-site storage

• Gain experience working for an industry leading and globally recognized Accounting and Finance Firm
• Work full-time hours on a 6-month contract with the possibility to an extension/perm
• Earn $19 per hour
• Concord Location

• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 1 - 2 years of Receptionist experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Proficiently access various databases within Lotus Notes for information and processing purposes.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs;
• High School Education or Above
