Responsibilities
- Receive, route and filter telephone calls while responding to various customer requests;
- Greet people at the reception in a professional manner;
- Responsible for filing files;
- Perform various administrative related tasks.
Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Reliable and professional
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Respectful of received instructions
Proficient in the following software:
Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
Regular use of Outlook
