    We are currently recruiting a full-time Receptionist in London ON.

    Advantages
    Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

    Responsibilities
    As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:
    - Greet people who walk into the office, and direct them to the appropriate personnel
    - Answer phones and distribute mail and deliveries
    - Order front office supplies and keep track of inventory and office expenses
    - Schedule meetings and update calendars
    - Filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and faxing

    Qualifications
    To be successful as a Receptionist you must meet the following qualifications:
    - Professional attitude, appearance
    - Superior customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
    - Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
