We are looking for a Receptionist to work out of Milton for a growing organization within the wholesale distribution industry. This is a one year maternity leave contract. The ideal candidate will be local to Milton, be committed to the length of the assignment and will have strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities
-Answer all incoming calls and route them to caller's destination
-Accept and/or coordinate couriers to various locations; maintain outgoing mail
-Perform data entry
-Maintain various filing systems
-Handling all administrative and office service duties
-Invoicing and billing processing
-Perform other duties as assigned within this role
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year related experience in Administration or Reception
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration would be considered an asset
- Great customer service skills
- Problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve independently
- Hard working, diligent and highly motivated with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
