We are looking for a Receptionist in the Mississauga area!

The ideal candidate will have past experience as a receptionist or Administrative assistant supporting a small team.

Job Duties:
- Screening employee temperatures before entering building
- Opening office procedures
- Welcome visitors and ensure guests check-in
- Ensure visitors follow COVID-19 protocols
- Answering incoming calls and transfer accordingly
- Manage couriers and incoming mail
- Order office supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness of reception area

* The successful candidate will be reporting to the Executive Assistant/Facility Manager

Of the Receptionist...
- 6 month contract
- Hourly $20
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am - 12:30pm
- Easily accessible via car/transit located in Mississauga

- 2 years of experience
- Customer service orientated
- Great communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- A great attitude
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
