Our client, a major company in the real estate sector is looking to hire a receptionist for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 40 hours / week (8:30am to 5pm) ;

Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls;
- Coordination of meeting room, video conference and equipment reservations;
- Responsible for delivery and distribution of mail, packages, etc;
- Ensure maintenance of common areas (reception + cafeteria + dishwasher);
- Perform other activities as required to contribute to the smooth operation of the office;
- Responsible for all reception related responsibilities;
- Scanning, archiving and filing of documents;
- All other related tasks;
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a receptionist and/or administrative role in office services, or a combination of relevant education and experience ;
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Be techno friendly;
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational, problem solving and creative skills ;
- Focus on customer service (important skill);
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Bilingual (French and English = important skill).
