- Permanent face-to-face position;
- 35h/week (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.);
- 4 weeks vacation + 1 week closed at Christmas (after 1 year);

Responsibilities
- Answer telephone and e-mail;
- Customer service (welcoming visitors);
- Mail and parcel management;
- Meeting room management as required;
- Respond to questions and requests for information from internal staff and follow up in a timely manner;
- Relay members' computer requests to the subcontractor and ensure follow-up;
- Ensure inventory, procurement and distribution of stationery and office
supplies;
- Assort invoices and supporting documents;
- Verify the completeness of certain accounting documents;
- Follow-up with immediate superiors to obtain time sheets;
- Participate in the archiving of accounting documents at the end of the fiscal year.
Qualifications
- Professional secretarial diploma or equivalent education;
- Have at least 6 months' experience as a receptionist;
- Be collaborative;
- Have good interpersonal skills and be dynamic;
- Organized, efficient and meticulous;
- Tactful, diplomatic, able to communicate well and have a good sense of
good communication and customer service skills;
- Collaborative;
- Autonomous and reliable;
- Proactive / Agile;
- Good presentation skills;
- Fluent in French;
- Fluent in spoken and written English (an asset)
- Proficiency in Office Suite;
