Our client, a major player in the field of wealth/financial management that offers innovative and personalized solutions by and for professionals, is looking to hire a receptionist for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages

- 37.5h/week;

- Salary range between 45k$/year and 50k$/year (depending on experience);
- 5% annual bonus (depending on performance);
Responsibilities
- Answer phone and email;
- Customer service as needed (greeting visitors);
- Mail and package management;
- Follow up on the occupational health and safety program
- Manage meeting rooms as needed;
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
- Archiving and filing;
- Provide administrative support to the team of consultants and assistants on site and remotely for the administrative region;
- Participate in various projects and perform any other related duties as requested by the Regional Administrative Director;
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience as a receptionist and/or in customer service;
- Organized and efficient person, working with attention to detail;
- Tactful, diplomatic, good communication and customer service skills

- Collaborative;
- Autonomous and reliable;
- Proactive / Agile;
- Good presentation;
- Fluent in English and French (bilingual);
- Mastery of the Office Suite;
