Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming calls in a timely manner and professional manner while maintaining conversation and updating notes and messages in the system
- Welcoming visitors as they arrive into the office and greeting them
- Creating a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors
- Answering calls and ensuring that wait times are being managed
- Ensuring that messages are accurately taken down and shared with each contact.
- Transferring calls to the right point of contact
- Working within a team environment
Qualifications
- Past experience working in reception or call center environment would be an asset in this role
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills would be an asset in this position
- Ability to work well with other staff members and follow procedures within the office
- Effective note taking skills as well as ability to communicate effectively
- Able to keep busy when calls volume is not high.
- Strong with punctuality
