    Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you able to offer support in any area needed? Looking for a temporary part-time opportunity that could turn into a permanent full time role? We are hiring a part time employee for a public services role in the downtown Ottawa area.


    Receptionist/Office Assistant
    20-21$ hourly
    Must be available Mondays and 2 other days
    Bilingual is preferred


    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    - Answer customer calls and emails
    - Assist with data entry for new contracts
    - Some bookkeeping

    Qualifications
    - 1-2 years of administrative experience
    - Bilingual is preferred (but not mandatory)
    - Organized and strong time management skills
    - Ability to be adaptable
