Do you have a passion for working with people? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. A global audit and tax office located in south Surrey is looking for a receptionist to join their team. This is a temporary position starting ASAP

You will be responsible for the following:
- Answering and directing inbound calls- 80-90% of the role is on the phone
- Welcoming walk-ins in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with some tax related administrative tasks
- assist with invoice control ( training provided)
- Work with a multi-line switchboard
- Email communications to debtors.

- Hours 8:30am-5:00pm ( 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Qualifications
- 2+ years of past reception experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Keen eye for detail and comfortable with numbers ( invoices )
- Professional phone manner
- Strong MS office skills
