Are you a client-focused individual? Do you love being the first to greet visitors, assisting them with their needs?

Our client in Downtown Toronto is hiring a new face to join them on their front desk as a permanent receptionist. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, friendly and proficient in both English and Mandarin.

• Answers incoming calls, greets visitors, and for security purposes keeps track of who is in/out of the office.
• Directs visitors appropriately, offers/provides refreshments
• Keeps reception area clean, tidy, and free of safety hazards.
• Responsible for scheduling small boardroom & large boardroom bookings.
o Ensures boardrooms are kept clean and tidy
o May be asked to order food/refreshments
• Provides customer service to members and stakeholders through various channels (in person, phone, mail, web, etc.).
• Mail & Courier - Accepts courier packages, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
• Monitors inventory of supplies and orders office, kitchen, & meeting supplies as required. Orders supplies for office staff based on requests.
• Acts as liaison with building management for various issues.

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
- 2 years experience in an office environment with administrative experience required
- Must have effective interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess strong customer service skills
