    Our client is one of Canada's leading Investment companies, and they are looking for the next rockstar receptionist for their downtown Toronto team. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to get in the door with one of the most prominent players in the market. Career growth potential truly is uncapped!

    This role is entirely in the office, starting with three months contract and a high potential for a permanent position.

    **Candidates must be bilingual in French/ English**



    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    -Greeting and serving internal and external clients at the Reception area and handling inquiries
    -Maintaining office services and facilities and administration of Facilities Inbox, including requests for office supplies and services
    -Responsible for all desk and office keys
    -Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality with attention to detail
    -Administrative support to the team



    Qualifications
    -Previous office reception experience required
    -Experience working in a fast-paced, structured and team-based environment
    - must be bilingual in French/ English
    - strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
    - ability to quickly and accurately input information
    - strong computer skills
    - strong command of the English and French language
    - ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
