Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as Receptionist are as follows:
-Manage a multi-line switchboard, along with greeting clients and guests
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including faxes, and couriers
-Type forms, assist in formatting letters and data entry
-Enter and code invoices for processing
-Manage meeting room bookings, catering orders, and set-ups needs
-Assist with event planning and coordination, including some after hour functions
-Interact with Building Management on various requests, including access cards and parking
-Photocopying, binding and scanning, including troubleshooting printer issues
-Assist with registration of attendees to conferences/seminars
-Manage new hire task list and departures
-Daily maintenance of kitchen areas: replenish supplies, dishwashers, general cleanliness
-Perform other duties and assist with special projects as may be assigned by Office Manager
Qualifications
As a Receptionist, you should qualify
- 2-4 years secretarial/reception experience
- High school graduation supplemented by secretarial training
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good telephone manner.
