A construction company is currently seeking an administrative assistant for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent.

It is a family business founded almost half a century ago. It has over 100 employees, some of whom have been part of the team for more than 20 years.

As a receptionist, you will have as main responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors
- Answering and redirecting calls
- Ensure parking meters for worker on sites are paid for
- Prepare conference room and kitchen for gatherings
- Sort and distribute mail and emails; returning emails
- Organize Purolator pick-ups
- Along with other administrative duties such as typing letters

The proposed salary is $32, 000 a year, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 3 weeks vacation, 2 flexible days, Group insurance after 3 months, Parking available, Easily accessible by public transport.

- Bilingual - French and English (oral / written)
- Relevant experience in a similar field (minimum 2 years)
