Responsibilities
What your day will look like as a receptionist in the field of air transportation in downtown Montreal:
- Provide front desk coverage and act as the first point of contact for the company;
- Greet customers and ensure contact with the appropriate employees;
- Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner with an emphasis on customer service excellence;
- Schedule and process internal and external conference room requests in the program;
- Provide all other conference center customer services, such as ordering food and beverages, etc;
- Maintain log of passes assigned to staff and contracted maintenance personnel;
- Serve as the point of contact between employees and the administrative department;
- Assist in the collection of data and statistics for use in reports;
- Provide administrative support as required.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this receptionist position in the field of air transportation in downtown Montreal?
- Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written), knowledge of other languages an asset;
- At least 5 years of significant experience in a similar position;
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and general technological knowledge;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, thoroughness and professionalism.
