Responsible for catering and restaurant orders for meetings or special events
min of lunch Participate in the organization of special projects and events
Manage inventory and order office supplies...
Provide administrative support to the human resources, operations and finance department
Screen resumes and phone interviews for factory positions
Review and collect investigation reports during work accidents
Entering invoices into the system
All other related tasks
Qualifications and experiences
French and English bilingualism spoken and written
Experience in a similar position
Proficiency in computer tools such as MS Office
