Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, your duties will include:
•Managing full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, recommending candidates, offer negotiations etc.
•Conducting a thorough intake conversation with hiring manager detailing the position needs, scope and clarifying joint roles and expectations;
•Acting as Subject Matter Expert for managers throughout the recruitment process
•Delivering recruitment services and managing relationships with senior leaders.
•Managing the recruitment process including document/track all pertinent information using Applicant Tracking System
•Building/maintaining pipeline of candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles through appropriate and targeted sourcing.
•Generating candidate flow at all levels through internal postings, proactive networking, career fairs, online job boards, local press, professional associations, social media and initiating other channels as appropriate.
•Providing quality market intelligence to business regarding the recruitment market, and building a pipeline/database of future talent based on market research and industry knowledge.
•Playing an active role in marketing/communication activities to enhance the company employment brand.
Qualifications
•5+ years’ full life-cycle recruitment experience.
•Strong sourcing, networking, and lead generation skills to locate candidates with difficult to find skill sets in local and other markets.
•Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service; provide support in a coaching and advisory capacity to all levels of management.
•Strong client service orientation; results oriented, multi-tasking and strong sense of urgency; impact and influence skills.
•Strong telephone and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral based Interviews.
•Seasoned Recruiter with Sourcing Capabilities is Must
•Comfortable with high volumes and strict timelines
•Comfortable with ambiguity
•Has led a recruitment project
•Detail oriented
•Ability to manage time
•Organizational skills
•Looks at hiring goals as a project and plans out strategy and timelines
•Independent and reliable
•Goal Oriented
Nice to have:
•Insurance or financial services industry recruitment experience.
•High volume Recruitment
•Bilingualism (French and English)
